Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heat is probably the best heat emitter for heat pumps.

Systems are designed to work at a lower temperature which saves energy, gas and money.

Under floor heating

How does underfloor heating work?

Water underfloor heating works by circulating warm water through pipes or tubes beneath the floor.  These are connected to a central boiler or heat pump and thermostatically controlled.  Heat is consistent throughout the space and is more energy efficient than traditional heating systems.

The warm water circulates through the pipes and heats the floor.  This heat subsequently heats the room above.

Won’t you need to dig up my floors?

NO! Water underfloor heating can be installed in a new home or extension with the pipework laid prior to screeding, or as a retrofit solution for existing buildings under most types of floor.  This can be done with minimal disruption with no need to dig up floors.

There is no charge for a survey and quotation.

How much will it cost?
